Hideaway Resort Banchang

The Hideaway Resort Hotel has fairly recently been built The complex is beautifully and immaculately presented for visitors, both inside ones 32sq/m room. The outdoor facilities including two very large swimming pools which are both connected, are all immaculately presented and kept. Tea & coffee making facilities are provided in ones room, along with a large free standing fridge. The bedrooms themselves are extra large and so very spacious inside. There has been great effort and detail out into the design in the bedrooms. This is a “one off place”, not a room or hotel replica, of one of the large hotel groups. The food was excellent along with the very helpful and courteous staff. The owner himself, Craig, goes “way above and beyond” anyone’s possible expectations, to assist and deliver with any needs, that one may have. We both found Hideaway Resort Hotel to be an exceptional place for our 6 night break. Many, many thanks to all the staff, especially to Craig and the Chef, who’s dishes she made for us daily, were so delicious, we never went anywhere else to eat. We wi both be back to this wonderful hotel oasis !!

Honestly couldn’t find fault with the hotel.

Breakfast was ok, employees were very nice and friendly, owner both husband and wife very friendly and helpful, location was great, ver comfortable, dinner I ordered were ok like the swimming pool but didn’t have chance to enjoy maybe next trip

Need menu in the room other than that nothings to complain everybody was nice and polite helpful place was neat and clean maybe some slippers would be nice no problem to recommend to friends and family and myself will return when I have chance

It was a short notice decision when we decided to stay overnight in Banchang. Therefore we were pleasantly surprised when we found this place on booking.com. Although I must say I was slightly sceptical if it could really be as nice as rated by previous guests. But what can I say this truly hidden paradise fulfilled our expectations and we felt very welcome from the moment we were greeted by the owner. Facilities are superb and make it also a perfect weekend getaway for families with children. My family has vited this to be now our top choice location in the area and we will definately back on our next trip.

Cannot say anything comes to my mind. Was really a great discovery. Well hidden.

We had spontaneously planned a stop here for 2 nights during our Thailand round trip. The resort looked quite inviting in the pictures and we were definitely not disappointed in our expectation. Very nice resort, very cozy, very clean. Rooms are also a nice size, very clean. Staff as well as the owner were very friendly and very accommodating. Good food and drink, wide range of offerings. The entire pool area very nicely designed and inviting for sunbathing and then cooling off in the water. We will definitely be back when we are in the area again.

Spacious and very clean TV with Netflix Thank you very much

Nothing Everything very very good

Breakfast was good location was great and the owner went out of his way to help and accommodate us.

Not a tourist location so getting taxi was a bit difficult. But just staying by the pool in a cabana was all we needed.
