I like the location of the property.

The staff is pathetic and non answerable, specially during night. Their were power cuts and they don't have power back-up for few rooms and unfortunately that was our room. Whole night we chase them for power but even after multiple requests their was no satisfactory reply from them. No ACs in room, only fan and that too not working.

Tasty breakfast and dinner. Most of the food items were fresh and tasty.

After staying in the property, I believe the room rate is overpriced for the room size.

Cottages@village is the best off beat place to stay in Bhimtal, it’s at 5-6 minutes distance from naukuchiya taal. The place is very peaceful, serene and loaded with greenery. The boys are very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are well maintained, spacious and have all the required amenities. The place is full of small gardens and flowers which adds up to the beauty of the place. We stayed there for 2 nights 3 days and it was really a pleasent stay. Food quality is really amazing and they serve 4-5 variety of food in every meal. Highly recommended to stay if you are a nature lover and want peace. also it’s a pet friendly property Thank you cottages@village for making our stay memorable….

Little bit tough road for me .room was small .

I stayed in a resort with 5 family members and a pet and our stay was fun and very comfortable. The location is amazing and the food was delicious. Kudos to the staff for being very quick and humble on all our demands.
