Good ambiance, easy to access, very accomodating staff, food is good,

Food is tooo pricey, room was not clean that much ( balcony has a lot of poop from the birds, lots of dust inside of the tooms ( in general tables, cabins) thought was clean.

Safety and excellent customer services.

All the staffs are very nice and accommodating

The room was a little bit messy. The sink smells really bad.

The whole place was clean, delicious foods

The restaurant staff were not attentive. No hangers in our rooms.

pool for the guest ( back area) is clean and big, able to use their gym facility as well.

Bedsheets we’re old and unclean.

Pool closes at 7pm even for checked in guests which is inconsiderate enough. You can pay for 1 lifeguard if not comfortable leaving guests alone. At 7pm that’s the only time guests will enjoy the amenities by themselves or let alone the guests pool be ooen until 10pm.
