"Relaxing stay"

The staff was very attentive to all our needs, friendly and accommodating. The place had everything you need: spa, KTV, restaurant, fitness room and a convenient store. The owner even welcomed his guests one by one.

Closing hours of the restaurant, 7-8 pm is a little early. Though they made up for it by setting-up a place for us to eat outside the restaurant.

"Under renovation"

The location was good quite and the staff are so helpful

The room they sprayed with scented that made us dizzy and uncomfortable to stayed.... and the amenities that we are expecting to enjoy was close under renovation..they should indicate in booking.com so that we are aware of it . So the whole trip was disappointed. We left the resort after 3 hours . Because nothing to do !

Big room with comfortable bed. Staffs are professionals. Foods are delicious.

It was noisy from our neighbors until late night.. when it hits almost 12 midnight, I called the reception to address the problem. It was successfully solved in a couple of minutes.

The pool. The ambience, tahimik. 🙂

The restaurant. Staffs are not accomodating maliban kay manong na nag served samin ng breakfast nung first breakfast namin. Yung first day namin we had a dinner in their resto. Andaming langaw. The manager saw us nagbubugaw ng langaw, he didn't offer anything, kaya kami nalang humingi ng electric fan para mabawasan ang langaw since we have kids. Pero wala daw fan, they gave us small candles instead. The next day, hindi na kami nag dinner doon. So disappointing. 😔

The property is excellent in terms of staff and service. Had problem with my booking as the staff claimed there was no reservation coming from Expedia or cocotel so I had to wait for verification and so forth.In short there was lapse in communication!!!! Check in and check out was a long wait because of this lapse.Cocotel and Expedia I guess were to blame?ALSO would suggest that mobile messages be responded so the customer will have peace of mind when checking late.Expedia please do something about this !I was late on my next appointment because of this delay!
