ITGreat organisation of transport to/from main attraction
Receptionists understand very little english so it was very difficult to communicate. We also left some plastic bags with training shoes outside the room and they got stolen

Room not clean (dirty towels), no wifi in room, spings almost sticking lut the matras, bessheets not very clean, animals can just crew between large openings in window frames, poor English at reception, food is mediocre (at best!). My daughter was refused to put (buffet) breakfast on her plate at 09:03, as apparently they stop breakfast at 09:00 (and then its forbidden (?) to put the buffet breakfast that is left, onto your plate! I’ve NEVER had such poor hospitality in a hotel before!). The one day tour was supposed to be incl lunch at a floating restaurant, but when its time to eat, nothing was arranged and we had to pay for it ourselves.

BEGood location, lots of parking. We were a couple but it felt it was most suited for groups.
At reception they barely speak English Rooms, especially bathroom is outdated
ITThe Hotel is located in a very quiet place. The staff was friendly and helpful. Enough parking space.
The room did not meet our expectations, it was very basic and simple (we booked it as a DELUXE room, but it was far from deluxe). The bathroom was even more basic.. A bit far away from the village and from the Taman Negara entrance, you need a car or at least a scooter to get there.
MYi'm booking an aircond room , end up getting a fan room , and toilet is outside the room , it is a 7 rooms share toilet , and sink no water . only 1 wall AC plug in room for charging phone
