Toilet wasn't maintained nor clean with no shower heads and can't flush. In the ads, it states airconditioning is provided, which did not.

bathroom was very old and dirty. The bathroom sink had a leak Old bed. I felt the bed springs on my back
MYThe chalet has 1 Queen bed plus 3 single beds big enough for the 3 of us..everything was in working order except for the TV we couldn't figure it out..breakfast was OK..sitting area overlooking Tembeling River.

We went during Eid Adha so everything was closed but after the holiday everything was operational as usual. The 1st night the price was reasonable but on the 2nd night stay Booking.com price doubled..we asked the hotel, the hotel advised us to book directly through the hotel to get cheaper price..

NLThe staff is extremely friendly and super helpful! They offered us even rides to town. The location is beautiful right in front of the jungle, super peaceful. 
The only thing that was missing for me was a little reading lamp :)

there is no road,you have to carry your luggage uphill for 20-25 minute
PHClean room, staff was realy friendly. I can call them and they pick you up for free shuttle. On every time that you like.

FRI got upgraded because the dorms were under renovation. The double room was very comfortable, even better for that price. The owners were very friendly, I got to eat with them in the evening.
