A vezetőség naponta kívánt jó napot estét stb. Három helyről is, zaklató volt A csomagjainkért nem jöttek a végén maguknak kellett a lobbyra vinni. A houskeeping udvarias volt, de akkor is végezték a munkát ha bennt tartózkodtunk. A tengerben nem lehetett fürdeni olyan alacsony volt. A lépcső a móló végén nagyon csúszós volt. Nem lehetett használni.

The location, the amenities, the homes and most of all the staff were amazing. Everyone was dedicated for us having a wonderful stay. Labuan Bajo is far more than just Komodo Islands (which were really beautiful), but Flores Island deserves really a visit. It’s so beautiful and a cleaner and less crowded alternative for Bali. As gay visitor we felt very welcome and safe and welcomed.

I had initially booked the wrong dates, but the staff made the process so easy to fix. The intimacy of the hotel made it feel quiet and very relaxing, with beautiful views and excellent facilities. Activities like kayaking, snorkeling, and paddling were included, which was such a nice touch. Another highlight for me was the housekeeping. They kept the room spotless, and the turn-down service was always thoughtful and well done. Overall, the housekeeping team did an outstanding job and really added to the comfort of my stay.

However, I found the food to be quite mediocre. I think the hotel could improve its overall food concept, especially when it comes to the breakfast program. In my opinion, it would be better to remove the mini buffet options and instead focus on a well-executed à la carte menu. With more attention given to the quality, taste, and variety of dishes, the à la carte option could become a real highlight if done properly.
