1. Very accessible to Komodo airport , best sunset views with their very own pier and private beach 2. The staff went out of their way to take care of us . Big shout out to Nadhira , she really anticipated all our needs and took care of them 3. The food - specially the breakfast was out of the world . Clean , fresh and great taste . Loved both the in-houser restaurants too 4. Property reeks of luxury and is still so environmentally conscious. It was a truly memorable experience

For anyone seeking quiet luxury, this is a perfect place. Our room was steps away from the beach, the pool and the spa. Small, intimate and amazing personalised service. Everyone in the hotel knew our names and my husband’s special dietary requirements. Little touches like the housekeeping sand writing in front of our front door to lemon infused water served by the poolside, the attention to detail was perfect! Our butler made a WhatsApp group to serve every small request we had, no request was denied and the service was always with a smile. When our travel agent messed up and our drop off to the airport didn’t show up, the receptionist very quickly arranged the hotel car to drop us free of charge. I would highly recommend this resort to couples and families alike.

Serene and quiet, away from the hordes of tourists. We enjoyed the privilege of peace and tranquility of this very beautiful resort. We liked the local craftsmenship of the villas, as well as the personal touch of a butler service. Sometimes it felt as if the whole resort was ours.

Beautiful room-villa with private pool! Very comfortable bedding and spacious: everything we needed was there. It took some time for us to figure out how the complex lighting-system worked but it was great! Loved the semi-outside bathroom and the little sun-sheltered reading-table by the pool. Well-sized lovely pool too. The staff were wonderful, attentive and always ready to help. Breakfast-buffet was fabulous: hot and cold food, all sorts of juices, etc. The pool-bar was great with lovely staff. I would definitely recommend this resort.

Although the food in the evenings was good, quantities could have been better and you didn't really get what was written on the menu: some sort of "nouvelle-cuisine" initiative? One of my dishes was meant to have various vegetable served with the meat, but that ended up to be 1 (one!) cherry tomato-sized carrot and another (1) tiny decorative piece of something else... After two evenings in a row eating there, we decided to take a taxi to Labuan Bajo and found some really good restaurants there.
