Nice place for a stop before Chiangrai, my family in law loved it so much.

Good distance from Chiang Mai so you don’t have to sleep in the town

Still close to the highway.

Close to restaurants and shops

Very small room and the air con is not cold and drips water down the wall and wet my handbag. The wash basin is soooo old and looks dirty. The shower gel smells like polluted water from the drain I dare not use !

Large comfortable room with great bed. Room was light and bright. Nice verandah overlooking lovely creek. Great coffee place in front of property. We had great food for dinner. Portion size is big. The grounds are large with organic fruit trees and fruit and vegetables and a lovely rose garden. The creek running through the property was lovely to sit by.

We had to order breakfast when we arrived and dinner before 5pm and state time we would eat. Just took a bit of time as english was limited and we only speak a little Thai. The staff were nice. Although we appreciate we didn't have to leave premises to eat.

Tippaya villa has beautiful, spacious, sustainable housing, lovely staff and an amazing garden in which you can witness a great diversity of plants, trees, herbs, butterflies,.... The staff does absolutely everything to make your stay unforgettable!
