This was truly one of the best resorts we’ve ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property itself is stunning—beautifully maintained grounds, inviting pools, and thoughtfully designed spaces that create a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. It was clean and well maintained, not too big and impersonal. The beds were comfortable and good sized rooms and bathrooms. The staff were all very friendly and helpful especially Adesh in the restaurant but also the receptionist and the lovely gardener!

The breakfast especially for Western tourists was quite repetitive.

Very smart, friendly staffs. Food is excellent,thogh there is no option for kerala treditional lunch menu. Stay was excellent ,cozy rooms. Like to visit again.

They should inlclude, treditional kerala food options in the menu, like , aviyal, poriyal, pulissery etc. Other wise all good.

A 2 night stay 12-14 Oct 25. A complex of cabins/Lodges at Cherai Beach. The complex has several cabins, swimming pool which is on one side of a small road and on the other side is the Restaurant that overlooks the Beach and Sunsets. We had Room 2 Exorctica Suite, split on 2 levels, Top floor is a very large double bed, 2 Balconies and a Toilet, fully Air Conditioned, downstairs is fully Air Conditioned, a sofa next to a Balcony that overlooks the swimming pool. Also a Jacuzzi Room comprising of a Jacuzzi, Shower, Sink and Toilet. Overall at face value it was a good complex.

Room had a wardrobe but didn't have a clothes couldn't hang anything up. It also had a Safety Deposit Box but it wasn't secured to anything so someone could pick it up and walk away with it. So it was pointless having it there.

Being by the sea was wonderful and the swimming pool and the restaurant were both very nice.

Chose a cabin called Tranquil as I wanted a quiet weekend rest. There is maintenance work going on starting early in the morning with drilling, hammering and machine polishing as well as the world's loudest mowing made sure that cabin was extremely unaptly named. The constant doorbell and phone calls from the staff made sure that not a single moment of rest was being had.

Magnifique hôtel. Seul bémol Cherai beach n'est pas balnéaire du tout. Il n'y a rien à y faire. La moindre activité est à plus d'une heure de taxi. Les plages sont sales et dangereuses.
