Cold Springs Resort

The cabin was very clean and well supplied kitchen. The location was nice to the river, which I thought our cabin will be at based on the pictures I saw.

We had no access to the internet and TV. We had to pay extra which I refused to do. Very dusty around our cabin. Hot during the afternoon. The ac unit was tiny and would not cool off the cabin.

Great cozy property in a fabulous location.

They give you all tools but no ingredients. Coffee maker but no coffee/cream sugar. No salt or any basic condiments. I am probably spoilt by other vacation homes but most homes have it and it is convinient.

The area of Camp Sherman, and surrounding area, was great. This had an excellent location in the middle of it. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Easy to navigate. Beautiful area.

It could have been more clear on the type of facility we stayed in. This was a trailer / mobile home. Single wide. Limited indoor space. The upstairs had a ceiling so low you couldn't stand in it. And the stairs were not easy to navigate. The one bedroom was so small there was almost no room for any luggage. The reception is so bad no wifi hotspots will work. The wifi available was for purchase at a very high rate. That needs to be crystal clear upfront. Nobody charges for wifi anymore. The wifi situation really soured everything. Yes, it would be wonderful to disconnect from the world entirely. But thats not always reality. I have stayed in many online booked homes. Good and bad. But this one I felt misled. It was priced aggressively for the facility, and for that price, wifi should have come with it. This is a 2-person / 1 bed rental situation. The place was clean. It was well-cared for. The single bathroom was really clean. In great condition for what it was. It is just a small trailer, with no cell reception or wifi, and if you are ready for that, then it is great. This is a fantastic place for quiet and simplicity. Funny thing, never checked in or out. Nobody ever around to communicate with.....

Very quiet surroundings, close to the river. Cute resort. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils

The wall A/C had to be on all night, was noisy and still didn't cool off the cabin.

Location was great, we had a family reunion to attend at Black Butte Ranch and it was only 7 miles away. What a great location in the Metolius Recreation area,
