Cold Springs Resort

Cabin was amazing! Kitchen had everything you need. It was clean and comfortable and I loved the cute little loft.

Wish it had cable or satellite for those that stay for longer.

The location was beautiful. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. The area was clean and kept up well. The signs and directions at the campground were helpful. The cabins were clean and had the equipment needed during our stay.

Road signs to the resort were lacking, we had to stop a couple different times and ask directions. The descriptions of the cabins were lacking as well. Most of our family were older and to arrive to find the lofts dangerously accessible (stairs extremely narrow) and the low ceiling; made for disappointment. Somehow those things should be shared on site so one can make a decision about how many cabins with accessible sleeping areas are needed. I felt the cost for these problems was much too high. I felt the amount of people listed for sleeping was quite off without the knowledge of the accommodations.

No wifi, no landline, no satellite Enough hot water for 1 shower Left 1 day early 2nd bedroom was a 4' loft with ladder to access. Totally misrepresented. Says sleeps 6, maybe but would be a tad cramped to say the least. Definitely wouldn't stay again. Would check out other accommodations in area Resort in name, didn't see any resort offerings.
