Great staff , welcoming and attentive Quiet calm location , a little out of the main General Luna area but easily accessible Great food and smoothies

The staff were very accommodating and nice. They would go out of their way to assist you. They are all very friendly and have a happy demeanor. The place is very relaxing and comfortable, aside from the aesthetics being very beautiful.

Loved it so much I extended my stay. The staff (especially Lisell and Jerwel) are so friendly and welcoming it was easy to spend extra time at the 'bar' chatting. Punta Punta is located 'outside' of town so I highly recommend renting a scooter to get around at your leisure, although they can also organize a tricycle as needed. They can also organize activities/outings, from tours to yoga or an on-site massage. I had daily surf lessons with Jhonly via Punta and made big improvements in 6 short days. The food options are quite varied and they can customize as needed for dietary needs. Room was as-pictured and I found the AC/ceiling fan to cool the space adequately. Punta Punta is quiet piece of paradise perfect for anyone whether traveling solo or with loved ones.

Loved everything about the retreat. Location: just outside of the city, but within 10 minutes of everything needed! Quiet location with water front access! Food: great food for breakfast and lunch. Self made! Atmosphere: welcoming, super friendly atmosphere. Hospitality: 11/10 - everyone super considerate and is pro active! Recommend to book the surf or yoga with them directly-instructors are super fun as well!

Nothing per se. You get what you ask for and more.

Fabulous place next to the Pacífico ocean. Service always helpful giving you solutiom for whatever you need. You can see Cloud 9 waves breaking from the wonderfull garden or even from the breakfast terrace. Surfing lesiones are available and many boards to choose. Thanks to Ezequiel we could stay at the villa for our last 2 nights, but its not only the spacy modern villa but all the hotel in itself is a piece of art. Beautiful.

Good location and nice staff

Punta punta utilises unfair business practices. According to their room info package the airport transfer costs 1500, but I was charged 2000 for no reason. Additionally, they charged my extra 5% at the resort because I paid with credit card, which is illegal according to local law. Finally, the definition of private bathroom means that the bathroom is not in the room itself, in my case I had to get out of my room and take a staircase.
