The location was brilliant - close to the bridge, on the river, and near all the restaurants etc. It has more of an authentic kind of feel to it rather than a modern hotel which was really nice. The decking near the river was nice for a beer (bought from the fridge at reception) at sunset and also breakfast is served there. Felt safe and very relaxing and peaceful. Staff were helpful too. They arranged for us a taxi to Erawan falls, the driver waited for us for a few hours while we explored and swam etc and then offered to take us to see a huge hydro power station and dam nearby plus some other sites on the way back. All arranged and pre paid at reception. Super friendly driver who went above and beyond.

The bed was horrifically uncomfortable. Like sleeping on a plank of wood. I would absolutely love to stay here again but that could be the thing that stopped me if it was for more than one night.

Beds were hard and sheets frayed.

Peaceful location, stunning gardens, pool Good and clean, bikes good to have. Breakfast fine. Breakfast staff really attentive.

Room really needed a safe, lighting could be improved. Bikes need maintenance, brakes, tyres pumping up and chain oiling with seats raising. Luckily we are cyclists and managed to fix some of the problems and went to the local scooter garage to use tools.

This fairly basic hotel had come for beds and reasonable size rooms. Breakfast was good and it was lovely to sit by the river while eating it. Staff were mainly friendly and helpful. Good location for exploring the Death Railway Museum and the bridge.

We were kept awake by roosters constantly crowing throughout the night and then in the early morning by the adjacent room as the walls appear to be very thin.

For the price , the location, the staff and the facilities were excellent.

Very little. The cockerel was a bit annoying.
