Entry was through a building site and rubbish tip. Hundreds of screaming children in the pool, the noise from them was drowned out by karaoke, which in turn was drowned out by the digger making a breakwater. The foom had 2 single beds, not the double we had booked, sheets were stained, and the shower was a pipe on the wall. The bathroom had the surprise of 2 toothbrushes lodged in the basin. Breakfast was at 7:30 and it was cold and served on disposable plates and cups. We only stayed 1 night instead of 9 as it was terrible.

Multiple Pools to choose from and rooms are close to the pool area. Rooms are clean.

I don't like the shower head lol. it's just like a hole in a tube not really a shower head. Also other pools are closed and dirty. staff do clean up but around 7am when kids are already in the pool. Also, even if you have provided a time to when breakfast must be served, you still need to inform them that morning that you're waiting for the meals so they can serve it. Life guards are nowhere to be found as well.

Clean and good for vacation with kids.
