"We enjoyed 😀 the restaurant staff were great the pool on the beach was great watching the sun sets"

The breakfast was great and the staff that delivered it was lovely 😀the restaurant was also good we had a lovely dinner there staff were lovely 😀

The girl in the office checking in was so rude speaking in her language to colleges and laughing at us 😧 the charges were more than booking .com another $800peso we had to pay😠

Food and beds

The surroundings were extremely dirty. The pond was filthy, disgusting due to slime, Staff have no customer service, not approachable. Tried to use the phone from the room to call the reception but its like unserviceable as you cannot hear anyone responding. Sink was clogged. Rusty metal holder so can't even hang your towel in the bathroom. Room has cobwebs.

The bathroom was disgusting built in the 70s and not cleaned or renovated since.
