Ella Dream Mount

Excellent facility and food. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Particularly Sham and Lakshan were very attentive and supportive. Their support with first aid kit at the moment of need was really a gift for us and we can't forget that. The food was tasty and prepared immediately with short notice even in the late night. Definitely, we will prefer to stay if we visit again

Few signboards from the main road indicating direction of the facility will be more helpful.

Stay is very pleasant to look from out side but bed over there is in very bad condition of the cushion in the bed has no strength we get back pain if we sleep in that and breakfast was average water flow in shower is very slow we need to have extra 20min to get shower I think even cleaning has to improve much over all its ok type stay.

The rooms were nice and spacious.The staff are super helpful and keen, especially Lakshan, who was the one that showed us to our room. The view is nice and the location is calm. The breakfast had a variety of options and was good.

Die Unterkunftsausstattung ist alt und verbraucht, teilweise defekt. Die Zimmer sind nicht gut gereinigt und gewartet. Das Badezimmer benötigt eine Grundreinigung. Im Zimmer überstrichener Schimmel. Schimmelgeruch.

We big room and the view was amazing!!! We enjoyed our time a lot. The staff was also very friendly! We liked that the area was very quite, so we could sleep very well. Also the AC worked really well and made the nights very comfortable.

It was quite hard to get a taxi or TukTuk which will pick you up and drive you to the city center in Ella. Walking distance to Ella about 30 minutes.

The view from the room is breathtaking. The rooms are large clean and comfortable. The staff nice and willing to help. Generally a good place to stay in Ella if you do not want to be in the middle of town.

The road to the hotel is a bit rough. Other than that, nothing :)
