Customer service was simply outstanding, special Mention to Sanju who was at our service throughout the stay loved the place and the stay! Highly recommended

This is a lovely clean hotel will staff who were so kind and helpful, lovely chill vibe with amazing views, it is a tuk tuk from Ella but the hotel arranged for us. We asked for laundry and it was done v quickly, we were v welcome and reception area and breakfast were lovely

The room could have been a bit more set up, we had to ask for a kettle, the curtains needed changing and just slight more attention would make this an even more clean and inviting stay

Die Doppelzimmer sind nicht zu empfehlen. Das Bad dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Das Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Nette Unterkunft, etwas abseits, nach Ella 10min mit dem tuktuk (500LK). Die Aussicht war schön, aus den oberen Zimmern ist sie aber wahrscheinlich noch sehr viel besser. Sham und Lakshan waren super nett, haben uns einen Roller organisiert und sogar am Abreisetag um 6Uhr morgens ein Frühstückspaket gepackt für die Fahrt!

The view is nice to enjoy from the room. But the price is more than the room facilities.

Sanju has been very helpful and very kind to all our requests. Some were definitely unreasonable. But they fulfilled all of them. It is a great value for money and the view from the room was amazing with greenery and Flora and Fana. We had a small fishes as well. And the size of the room is quite unbelievable and so is the bathroom.

The view is absolutely amazing and the staff does their very best to accomodate you
