Haven Holiday Resort Sussex Inlet

Very disappointing, we were forced to return to Perth before we even arrived at the accommodation and the resort did not even consider a partial refund. Two words "request denied".

I liked how the staff left you alone and the area is very secluded. The tv was fantastic. it had many apps and the WiFi was really good. the kitchen was great as well, I didn't realise I had an oven and a dishwasher until I got there.thw room was exactly what I paid for and the price was very good.

I stayed in unit 3 and the entry door did not lock. the fly screen door locked but the glass door did not. It made me feel unsafe so I put my bunnings umbrella in the runners so the door could not slide open. all the windows were also unlocked and could only be locked with a key that I was not provided. it didn't really feel very safe, like anyone could break in if they wanted to. the lights were all LED lights and very bright, I was getting a headache at night because the lights were so bright.

Great sized accommodation, clean and away from the main road. Still very close to everything, about a 7-minute drive to the town centre.

This is basically a unit for hire - there are no staff around except for a groundskeeper. The windows in the unit have roller blinds and if they are not all the way down, anyone can look into your accommodation. The privacy isn't great. Also, sadly the best rate was not to be found on this platform. Much cheaper if you book direct with the place.

They were modern and clean. Good parking.

2 bowls for four guests is not practical when you say it sleeps 6 you should have a minimum of 6. Would not like to draw the short straw for the couch, not a real sofa bed. 2 rolls of toilet paper would have been good or clearly advise that only 1 roll is provided. Annoying to have to collect keys in town, a lock box would work.

Lovely location close to beach with great views

Not very clean. I paid for 5 people but only got linen, bedding and towels for 4. I couldn’t locate any staff to ask for more. The path to the beach was closed.
