Haven Holiday Resort Sussex Inlet

The location, size of the accom, the great value for money, the shampoo, conditioner and soap. (Smelled very nice), nice warm heater as we came in winter. Such a beautiful area and easy to check in and check out. I'd love to come back and stay here

No WiFi, fan was not working in the bedroom. No one to contact as it was Saturday.

Great location for a quite & peaceful holiday, away from city crowd and noises. Great local town nearby and good fishing points nearby.

After evening there were no lights nearby and it is scary to sit outside near pool in the dark. The town is too small and quite and there is not much to do after evening. The access to beach was closed, so we could not go fishing using resort's access.

We enjoyed how clean it was, they are lovely cabins and very modern. We also enjoyed the location.

When we arrived there were workers doing some work on the walkway to the water, they had the road to our cabin blocked off with traffic cones so we were unable to actually park at our cabin for a while, and their vehicle was parked in front of our cabin. The access to the water was blocked off the whole time we were there which is unfortunate as we had to travel elsewhere to enjoy the water when it was just outside our door. If we knew this we would have booked elsewhere.

Very unclean, for example dirty stained pillows on beds, carpets filthy around edges of room, damp hard as rock covers on bed, dirty blankets, not enough seats on lounge, no tin opener, filthy mops etc stored at the bottom of the stairs went entering, not been dusted properly.
