They denied accommodation!!! The booking, done well in advance, was to "Pay at Hotel" as clearly laid out on this website. After booking, the staff approached me and I was asked to pay 30% booking amount via Whatsapp which I declined and told that I will pay at the Hotel itself on arrival. Despite this, when I called the resort while travelling on the day I and my family were to arrive, they claimed full occupancy and asked to find accommodation elsewhere at the last moment. No prior information, no calls, no responsibility or concern towards the customer about cancelling our booking. Not recommending this property at all.

The resort was clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, surrounded by greenery and calm vibes. The rooms were spacious and neat, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The overall ambiance made it feel like a home away from home.

There was limited food variety available at the resort, and Wi-Fi connectivity could be improved. Apart from that, everything else was smooth.

We went there as family of 10 and had a great time. Thanku Red Button team.

Door noise, intercom not working, mobile network issue, wifi was not working on first day. Cost on booking.com was higher as compared to direct booking with hotel On day 1, restaurant facility was not clean.

Payment done via Credit card was converted into EMI without consent
