Red Button Resort & Go-Karting

Nothing was likeable in this property, I spent a dreadful night there barely able to sleep and we left after 1 night instead of 2 as per our booking

It is my most horrific Booking.com experience so far. We were not too happy with the room at first look and the manager there showed us a bigger room option but we would have to change the room back to the smaller one next night as the bigger one was booked already. We took the one allotted to us thinking we will manage somehow but then I realised that they hadn't changed the sheets before they gave it to us, the wall next to the bed had terrible water seepage. I asked for an extra bed for my son and the quilt that they gave was totally stained (no idea what kind of stains they were). The light above my head would not switch off from the dual bedside switch and had to be switched off from the main switch next to the door. Very shabby maintenance and upkeep of the rooms. We could understand that close to the new Year all rooms have raised prices due to high demand but there is no justification when you compare the price and amenities provided. This hotel should not be listed at this price, more like half the quoted price. We spent a stressful night there and shifted to a better cleaner hotel the next morning. I fought with the manager and paid a lesser amount than what I had booked for because we did not even take the breakfast and left early in the morning.

Nothing except location

Room service is pathetic. The AC, TV, Intercom were non operational. No one was bothered to attend and repair. Garbage around the garden and used utensils and plates all around the garden.

Site wise Location is good

Rates are too high as per rooms n service.. You can get 5 star hotels in city in standard deluxe room price..

Faucets didn't work peoperly

It was nice.

The taxi suggested by the staff was very bad . The driver was very rude. That was the only bad experience
