Kum Nangpaya

A calm and relaxing place to stay very close to the entrance of Kaeng Krachan National Park. Wonderful sounds of nature always around in the beautiful garden. The room was basic but very clean. The two sisters running the place are very kind and were very helpful finding me a guide to visit the park and a good bird hide to photograph.

Great location on the edge of the national park. Very quiet, and we saw hornbill from the dining area on our first night. Hosts were lovely and organised a full day tour for us, plus transfers back to Bangkok airport. The food they prepared was always very nice, albeit simple. Our room (a double cabin, no fan) was clean and tidy. Great place to stay to explore the national park.

Rooms are quite basic (but we expected that, and wouldn't ask for more for the price).

Highly recommended! Super close to Kaeng Krachan National Park, so many birds around, food is amazing, probably I tried most of the food in their menu. Exceptionally helpful and friendly management and staff. Both Nok and Lek are great people, they made my stay very easy. I’ll 100% stay again.

A very pleasant and relaxing place to stay that's just right outside the national park. We saw lots of birds in the garden, and dinner was reasonably priced and delicious. Owners are really nice!

Some of the mattresses were a bit hard.

Basic bungalow but nice and clean. We felt very welcome by both sisters. Beds a bit on the hard side but I slept very well. Good food and no problem eating as a vegan, although breakfast options are limited, especially if you're very strict with stuff like white bread toasts that might not be vegan. There are a few spots where you can sit next to the water, if you don't mint disturbing a bit the lapwings that definitely do not want you there! Good amount of birds on the site. 10 minute walk to Kaeng Krachan entry point. I'd definitely come back!

Great place in the nature, close to Nationalpark. The food was excellent cooked by the nice owner sisters. Lovely place!
