Radisson Blu Resort Temple Bay Mamallapuram

This is by far the best resort we have experienced in South Asia, with a fantastic welcome, an excellent buggy service, beautiful facilities and the biggest and most amazing pool we have ever seen. The staff were really friendly and attentive, from the very kind and professional driver, Mr Ismail, who picked us up at the airport and took us for an excursion in Mamallapuram, to Ms. Jeebita who gave us a wonderful tour of the resort grounds - sharing stories and facts about this interesting place where H.M. King Charles of the United Kingdom once stayed. There were so many more amazing staff members, including the friendly buggy drivers, the restaurant staff at breakfast (especially Sandra who was so kind to our children) and the staff at the Wharf 2.0, the handymen who fixed the issues with one of our doors, and the nice staff at the kids activity room. Everyone in the staff’s friendly and service-minded attitude really was the best part of our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean and beautiful, the grounds were excellent for stroller walks with the babies and there were so many options for things to do in the resort. We will definitely come back if we get the chance, as this resort is a true gem for relaxation and fun. It’s a great place to go with the whole family.

It would’ve been nice with a few more options for fresh juice at the breakfast, and to maybe add another live station (e.g. to make the waffles and pancakes into one, as they are best served very fresh).
