Oak Residency

The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the location is great. But above all the view on rakaposhi is magnificent!

We arrived late in the evening, The Staff and owner were accommodating. They got us dinner ready very quickly. The owner was beneficial in giving me good points for our trip. He drew a map for us and also he gave points for places to visit and places to stay.

Oak residency is a nice and quiet place to relax. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. The beds are of good quality. Staff is friendly. The tea and coffee corner are an add on, and you feel easily at home. The owners give usefull tips for activities and are very helpfull in getting activities organised.

Having arrived during a guests celebration, I was welcomed in the lounge with cake and cream. Instantly, I felt a very friendly and genuine place with great decor, local touches and high-end finishes. Great balcony with a View for breakfast/coffee. Room was really well thought out with views and shuttered windows. Secure parking inside gates and well sign posted. Tahir had good advice and can arrange much more than just a roof overhead.

Nothing - I have already booked my return stay.

Its value for money with very caring and friendly staff members. Just some time ac stop working due to Electricity woltage.

Washroom need improvement.

It had a home-like ambience. Despite the rush, The staff was very attentive and courteous. Good cleanliness.

Super comfortable, very nice decor, amazing views from the balcony and terrace and on top a super kind host and staff that will make you feel at home and help you any way they can.
