There is no proper trained staff appointed to cater the guests. Amenities such as soaps, shampoos, tea, cofee sachet not provided in the room. Frequent power failure and changing over to back up power also in gap. Reception staff not available 24/7. NO PROFESSIONAL APPROACH. WASTE OF MONEY.

Good staff !! Very helpful in finding the property and checking in .. flexibility in choosing the room ..

We booked online which was mentioned as deluxe double room, the moment we entered it felt like the room finished it was very very compact and not worth for the price we paid No intercom, no inhouse kitchen, for everything we have to call the manger on mobile No set menu to choose food from Lot of mosquito and no repllents There was no tea maker and the cupboards were very small, the bathroom is underground If you are claustrophobic wouldn't recommend this room for you Though we booked the room one month in advance the room provided was not at all worth the price and we had to find another hotel to stay Communication with the staff was problem they were not understanding Hindi or english

The view from the room, the food, and especially the staff were so nice to us.

The cleanliness, when we visited the Tower room we had a bad experience from the room. That is when we sleep on the bed a honey bee bites my wife. We informed the staff and they shifted our room. That room is better than the old one. But the atmosphere was so good.
