The entire property should be plastic free.A lot of small plastic materials were lying here and there.

Staff were very courteous and friendly. Any of our needs was attended immediately and sincerely. Especially Manu, he is simply exceptional. He is always on the wheels. Whatever whenever and however..... He is there for anything and everything. Very sincere guy. I left my charger and vacated. He was so kind enough to send it through courier. Very polite and good boy.

A very wonderful resort in terms of location. Caretaker Manu was very good and was always helpful and courteous. The resort is well maintained and beautiful landscape with good plants and garden. Overlooking the Kanjirapuzha dam, the resort offers a panoramic view of the dam, hills and greenery. The watch tower is quite quaint and gives one a nice view

The exhaust fan in the wash room was noisy. The glass door in the balcony needs to be set right aa insects were coming inside at nights.. Cleaning by house keeping staff to be better and done daily. The lawns and watch tower area can be better maintained in terms of cleanliness as its a beautiful stay and cleanliness will make it to look better

In executive rooms are awesome for the view and peace but the doors are in glass it feel scary in night times and feel unsafe
