USthe staff was so kind and very responsive. Leah is the best. the facilities were cleaned daily and we were able to get transport to and from wherever we wanted to go. We also got recommendations of things to do from Ali who was also wonderful. Really great staff!!!!!
the wifi truly sucks, only works in certain areas of the house like the living room, so I felt like that could be improved
THDo not go here. There is no beach, even though it says there is. There is only dangerous and pointy rocks and a cliff down to the ocean. The name of the hotel and the description on Tripadvisor and booking.com is deceiving and misleading. There is no restaurant either. We had to order our food in the reception and eat it outside or inside our room as there is not really a proper restaurant with waiters and such. On top of that they didn’t have half of the things on the menu, and we were the only guests staying at the hotel. We have a sour aftertaste after staying here as our expectations were higher for a hotel that cost 120$ a night. The room is spacious, but it is so poorly furnished that there is an echo when you talk. Also, the bed was too short for my boyfriend that is 180cm tall. There are no mosquito nets on the beds, and in one bathroom there is an open slit that cannot be closed where mosquitoes can get in. On top of all this, there was suddenly a power outage that couldn’t be explained as none of the fuses in our room was switched off, the toilet stopped flushing for a little while and the Wi-Fi stopped working suddenly. Small things like this should not occur. If possible, we would have wanted a full refund for the stay and find a better hotel.
NGThe scenery was lovely. A nice and quiet place for a getaway. They cleaned up the rooms everyday. The breakfast was really good. Would totally recommend.
The WiFi was not so great. Kept going off at different points and sometimes it didn’t work at all. Made it a bit stressful keeping in touch with family

GBA beautiful and serene place to stay with a fantastic view of the pools, sea and the very well maintained garden. A little hidden bijoux in Fumba town (Bweleo).
