I love phants Lodge

Tolles Projekt in schöner Lage direkt über dem riesigen Freigehege der Elefanten.

Die Poolvilla müsste definitiv sauberer sein. Bettbezüge waren vor Bezug schon schmutzig und es ist sehr staubig, es fehlt eine Grundreinigung.

I think the whole concept is amazing. My kids love the place as they could see the elephants grazing from the pool and also loved the safari which we didnt have an idea about.

I think cleanliness in the rooms could be further better also would suggest the villa main living room doesnt have doors or glass so in the night a lot of insects in that area and followed by lizards. So after dinner in the restaurant we wanted to relax in the lving room but instead went straight to the rooms. lizard fright.

The rooms are beautiful and have everything you need. Waking up and seeing elephants who look so happy, can’t get a better view than that. All the staff were accommodating and we ate at both their restaurants and the food was great. What they are doing for animals is incredible and I would highly recommend staying and supporting what they are doing.

Hotellrummet låg långt från reception/pool/restaurang för att få en golfbil till rummet för skjuts dit behövde man ringa, gick att ringa med Whats up men då vårat Wifi i rummet inte fungerade kunde vi ej få kontakt med någon!! Det borde finnas en telefon på rummet för att ringa på bilen. Heldagsturen var alldeles för lång, den borde gå att kortas ner, man behöver inte se alla djur av samma sort! Alldeles för lite elefant på turen också. Elefanterna var bara en kort stund på slutet då man fick mata med melon.

Dålig mat i resturangen. Svårt att ringa för att få upphämtning från rummet när wifi låg nere. Tråkig liten pool som dessutom var smutsig. Inte hotellets fel men såg få elefanter från poolen eller restaurangen.

Saubere, einfach gehaltene Unterkunft. Sehr gutes Essen und super freundliches Personal. Wir sind für nur 1 Zwischenübernachtung geblieben und würden - falls es uns nochmal in die Gegend verschlägt - es so planen, dass wir eine Tagestour durch das Reservat buchen.
