"Most Relaxing Beach"

The ambiance, the atmosphere, the food, the beach and the staff. Avila's is great if you want to relax and enjoy the peaceful vibe of beach life. Best for those that want to escape city life. The scenery and the beach is beautiful and calming, super relaxing.

We loved that little piece of heaven...Jessica and her staff were nice and friendly, made us feel comfy and welcome. We had great dives with Alvin, our super guide. We'll be back!;)

Breakfast was good, staff were fantastic, including dive staff who were very professional and very focussed on safety. The beach was fantastic and I could have stayed forever.

We had a family room and that was nice and spacious. The beach is amazing.

Food and drinks a bit pricy compared to other places on the island. Our boiler didn't work, so we had cold water. On the first day they promised someone would come and fix it. After several times of asking, still nobody came to fix it. So cold showers for 4 days....

Super nice location (most beautiful beach of the island), very friendly staff, yummy food, top dive school (not so crowded!). Thank you!!!

Asking for room cleaning every day... But after asking they'll do it. 🙂

"Clean and quiet beach."

If you’re looking for nice and quiet place, I would recommended this place. Perfect place to stay away from crowd.

No TV and WIFI in the room. Basic room.

"Great location"

The location was ideal for us. The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful. Lots of nightlife Bars and restaurants in the south But these are easily reached on the back of a scooter taxi. 50peso A great way to see the true Malapascua

Some staff appear to be unhappy in their work. We have stayed at 4 other hotels in the Philippines where staff seem happier in their work. This may not be a fault of the hotel tho
