THEA Resort & Retreats - Santa Teresa

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im THEA Resort & Retreats. Die Besitzer sind unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit – uns wurde bei allem sofort geholfen, und man merkt, wie viel Herz sie in diesen Ort stecken. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Die Anfahrt ist zwar etwas abenteuerlich und ein 4x4-Fahrzeug wirklich empfehlenswert, aber sobald man angekommen ist, wird man absolut belohnt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! 🫶🏽

The view is amazing, and the pool is really beautiful too. Natalia -the host- is very polite.

What’s really bad here is definitely the road to get there, and once you’re up there, there’s no way to eat since there are no facilities. I’m not sure if the part about food or a restaurant is mentioned in the description of this place, but what’s definitely not mentioned anywhere—until they contact you after you’ve already made the reservation—is that the only way to get up there is with a 4x4 vehicle or an ATV. Everything up there is beautiful, except for getting there. For someone with a regular car, or even with a 4x4 but without the driving skills or experience, it could actually be dangerous to reach the top.

La ubicación, es un poco lejos de la playa, son como 10-13 minutos por un camino bastante empinado y se requiere 4x4

El lugar se reservó para descansar y retirarnos de la ciudad y estar en retiro silencio, no obstante, desde la mañana había personal haciendo bulla, ruido, cortando zacate.. si hubiera sabido que no iba a encontrar silencio no hubiera reservado. Además, la refrigeradora tenía un olor bastante desagradable, no la pudimos usar. El cedazo de la puerta estaba roto, y habían muchas hormigas encima de la cama. Los facilities en general estaban bastante sucios, no se pudo usar y tuvimos que comer afuera.

Thank you for everything, the hospitality was beyond anything we could have imagined. Truly a piece of paradise. Lucy and the owners were incredibly kind and took care of everything for us. It was the perfect honeymoon experience!
