Beautiful view and the villas are both modern and rustic. Friendly and attentive staff.

Nothing. You need a 4x4 to get up the hill to access it but that’s typical for the area.

The location is a bit outside of the center of Santa Teresa which allows a quiet and calm stay, with a short drive to the center (8min). The staff is very professional and kind.

Gorgeous scenery and rooms. We stayed in villa Eden, the family villa and it was great perfect we loved it. Cleaning lady came everyday and water was provided.

it was kind of far from the town and the road to get up needs either a 4x4 or an atv. Other than that perfect!

It is a good looking accommodation , new facilities. Gabriel, the concierge, is a very nice guy, always ready to help and gave us plenty of good recommendations. We had an issue with hot water and it was promptly resolved by the owner, David!

I am truly disappointed with THEA.. for an accommodation that presents itself as a retreat, quite far from the center of Santa Teresa, with horrible accesses (4x4 required and very rough terrain), it is not self sustainable as there aren’t any food services, and the kitchen is simply unusable as is it full of insects and spider webs (we tried to cook once and it was impossible) Also minibar and air conditioning is not available in all of the rooms, which is not according to was it is said in the advertisement… in our room we got a ceiling fan… another thing that for me it is pretty sad, is that basic commodities aren’t the same in all rooms, and I never thought that was possible… rooms in the pricier range should get different commodities of course but not the basic ones… I am talking for example about the curtains, with on pricier rooms are opaque, and in cheaper rooms (but not cheap!!!!) are almost transparent… needless to say we were awake at 5am right after sunrise because of that… Additionally, forget about any type of soundproofing as there isn’t one… oh and bugs, expect them everywhere in the ones that have been killed by previous guests One last thing is that one day, at around 8h30am we were pressured by the cleaning staff to exit the room so they could clean; when we refused, we were asked how long it would take for us to leave For an accommodation that charges almost 200 dollars per night it as a LOT to improve before it can justify the amount paid!!
