The complex is interesting in terms of design, using container-based constructions. We had the half-board package, where the dishes, both for breakfast and dinner, were very good and varied for both children and adults.

The first shock, at check-in we were informed of what was not mentioned anywhere in the resort's offer at the time of booking, but it is true that we received a conditions of use e-mail 24 hours before check-in, when there was no longer any possibility to make any changes: - the spa has a limited number of seats, if I'm not mistaken, somewhere around 50 people, or how many lockers there are, but the number of people who can enter the spa at the same time is ridiculously small compared to the number of people who can be accommodated in this resort. - using the spa is clocked, to a maximum use of 90 minutes. I understood this, because the spa is small, so that a rotation of people can be done. But what is more unpleasant is the fact that you get there and if you can't enter at that moment, there is no possibility of making a reservation at all. The staff's response in this situation is "Try later" - the highlight of the spa's terms of use, considering that the resort recommends itself as "Family Friendly", is the fact that at 5:00 PM, minors no longer have access and must leave the premises, because it becomes an "Adults Only" area. In the room, a 4-star resort, on the first night we woke up due to a bang that turned out to be the shower gel falling off the wall, because it was stuck to the tiles with adhesive tape. The USB chargers in the room were broken and could not be used, and when the first morning when I drew attention to the two situations at the resort reception, I was given a raised shoulders answer, without resolving any notification, but another bottle of shower gel was brought to the room. The resort prides itself on its children's activity area, where the table tennis bats have not been changed for some time and are in an advanced state of degradation, and the rest of the activities are for a fee (I am referring strictly to the activity area covered by the tent).

Zaskoczyła mnie pozytywnie strefa SPA

Resort świetnie położony - blisko miasta, na wyciągi i do Tatralandi. Świetne śniadania i kolacje. Restauracja indyjska bardzo mi przypadła do gustu. Śniadania bogate i smaczne, bardzo pyszna kawa. Dla dzieciaków też coś się znajdzie. Resort ma swój mały stok z wyciągiem więc można pojeździć i rozgrzać stawy. Jest mały basen i sauna - z tym, że dla dzieci wejście ( i tu UWAGA) tylko do 17. Zatem zimą po całym dniu jeżdżenia na nartach chciało by się iść na basen sauny- z dziećmi nie pójdziesz... Beznadzieja, kompletny bezsens. Nie spotkałem się nigdzie z takim rozwiązaniem

do kolacji musisz dokupić płatne napoje ( nawet zwykła woda) to już gruba przesada i jawne wyciąganie kasy. To mi się bardzo nie spodobało. Ewidentnie chodzi o to aby do wykupionej już wcześniej kolacji mimo wszystko dokupywać napoje- nawet te podstawowe. Kolejna rzecz - Jest basen i sauna - z tym, że dla dzieci wejście ( i tu UWAGA) tylko do 17. Zatem zimą po całym dniu jeżdżenia na nartach chciało by się iść na basen sauny- z dziećmi nie pójdziesz... Beznadzieja, kompletny bezsens. Nie spotkałem się nigdzie z takim rozwiązaniem. Wtedy kiedy przyjemnie było by pójść i wygrzać dupska to zostaje siedzenie z dziećmi w pokoju i oglądanie słowackiej lub węgierskiej telewizji - Kiepsko. Zmieńcie to chociaż że do 20 a sauna powinna być w sezonie czynna do 22-23. To bardziej sprawiedliwe

Нам запропонували повністю новий будинок, біля якого ще були будівельні роботи. Все було в глині, парапету та столу зі стільцями на вулиці не було. Зранку - шум робіт.

Нас не попередили, що поселять на будівельному майданчику і ми будемо місити глину. Коли я зауважила, що непогано за це робити знижку, менеджер запропонувала бронювати не через букінг. Я в шоці від такої щирості! Місця в спа в роздягальні не те що мало, а взагалі немає. Діти, чоловіки, жінки, рушники, зимова одежа - все це жахливо один у іншого на голові. Воно йде безкоштовно, та за таке я б не платила, якщо чесно.
