Lokalita bola super, raňajky a večere tiež.

Pri príchode mi bolo oznámené, že nemám nárok na wellness denne ale iba jedenkrát za celý pobyt. Toto ma dosť sklamalo, pretože si vyberám pobyty hlavne kvôli wellness. Na stránke booking aj pri rezervácii bolo uvedené vstup do wellness na hodinu a deň pobytu na každú osobu. Bohužiaľ to tak nebolo. Podmienky pobytu na stránke Booking sú preto zavázdajúce.

Krásny areál hlavne pre deti - majú sa kde prebaviť celý deň. Raňajky a večere veľmi dobré vyberie si každý. Ubytovanie čisté - bolo vidieť že sa o izby personál poctivo stará. Parkovanie rovno pri ubytovaní. Personál nápomocní.

Čo sa týka wellnesu resp. prezliekacích kabíniek - pri odchode s deťmi do 17:00 tam nastal dosť chaos a hlavne je tam málo miesta. Rodiny s malými deťmi sa tam nevedia zmestiť.

Krásny, rozsiahly a čistý areál s množstvom vynikajúcich možnosti stráviť tak voľný čas a relaxovať. Aktivity podľa vlastného výberu.

Jediná vec, čo by som podotkol je snáď slabý výber veganskych jedál v jedálničku, a ani na raňajky žiaľ nebolo veľa možností až na nejakú zeleninu a ovocie.

"Spa is the spotlight. But waaaaay too many bad behaving kids!"

The foreign staff were friendly. The spa is exceptionally nice—in the evening session, when it's adult-only. Good choice of food. The SPA (withiut kinds) is WORLD CLASS!!!

Way too many kids! And they are not even trying to have adult only facilities! For example there is a smaller terrace/room at the restaurant, separated by a door from the main dining area, which could easily be adult only, but no.... kids everywhere. Bad behaving kids! The Slovak staff arent so helpful (but its the case usual everywhere i slovakia). There is no cleaning or house keeping.
