Location, the amount of guards (made us feel unsafe in the area), getting rules that are not advertised (not allowed to meet friends and family on the premises) the road to the beach is filthy trash everywhere.

Great spot in Candolim. Very close to the beach. Spacious rooms, Excellent staff and service. Food also tastes really good. Highly recommend this spot for your next stay in Goa.

Could add a few more resort activities, at present there is only a pool and gym on the premises. However given the beach is really close to the propery i guess that is alright.

Courtious staff, good location

Not much features of a resort, pool closes at 1830 Hrs. In scorching sun, one would like to take a dip after sunset and not in the sun to avoid sun burn.

"If you have a family holiday in goa please stay here!!"

My second time staying here. This time with my family. At first there was a mix up with the room. The the host accommodated the right villa. My mum is elderly and can not manage stairs to well. I was initially give a room on the 3rd floor.

I have not complaints as the host accommodated our needs
