Agonda Serenity Beach Villa

We have nothing but great things to say about Serenity. The room is large and has all the amenities we needed and if we needed anything else, Raj and team would happily get it for us. The breakfast options were varied and catered to all tastes. We liked the location was a bit away from the middle of Agonda which made it a bit quieter. It made it a bit of a hike to get to the other end of the beach but that wasn't a huge issue. The bed is super comfortable, the AC worked well, and the hot water is on demand. A huge fridge is also in the room Nothing was missing. The staff were a highlight. From Dhan the driver to the kitchen staff, cleaners, everyone friendly and treated us like family. Communication was fantastic. We were looking for a relaxing week to decompress and Serenity delivered 100%.

Nothing really. For people who are less mobile and don't like stairs the upper units are likely not the ones to book. It is also worth noting there are three rather large steps down into the bathroom area.

Excellent location. The in charge Mr. Raj, is a very nice person, very approachable. Could find any flaw during our stay.

The AC is too small for the luxurious big room. Cooling the room takes really long.

Location excellent, large room and bathroom, stunning view. Clean, tidy, comfortable, and the bed was huge. Full size fridge/ freezer, was a great feature. The staff were fab, helpful, but not in your face. Air con perfect and the breakfast was great

We had the best stay. Raj, the manager, could not have been more helpful. From carrying our bags, organising excursions and taxis, to taking us to an ATM. Breakfast is excellent with several options. The room is fantastic and the jacuzzi was lovely to relax in. We loved it so much that we have cancelled our stay in Panjim and we're going back to this resort instead for our final nights in Goa.
