Green Paradise Resort

The hotel is very well located, like less than a 5 minutes car ride to Otranto. The swimming pool is enormous and clean, the pictures make justice. If you have kids, a great place to stay. Room service was attentive and made everything to keep the room clean. Bathroom was good size.

Breakfast was only reasonable and service, organization and availability of the food was ok. We had dinner one night and service was slow and food only average - then the next days we decided to have dinner elsewhere. The hotel is probably 25 years old or so, and never receive a major retrofit. It would benefit from it, since style of the rooms, sidewalks, the playground all look like the 90s.

My husband and I loved our two night stay at the resort, and wish we’d stayed longer. We stayed in a junior suite which was very comfortable with a huge bathroom. Pool was amazing. Parking good. The staff we met were really welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant on both nights of our stay.

Not anything.

Fantastic restaurant, we had lunch once and dinner every evening ( dal menu alla carta) and Alessandro was so sweet. Amazing pool great breakfast.

Kids club a bit boring

Amazing swimming pool, nice room and nice staff. Hotel has a very peaceful location.

Wi-Fi not bad, but could be faster.

Very calm and quiet. Excellent pool and lots of greenery.

We travelled all across Puglia and stayed in cheap Airbnbs as well as good resorts. All of the others had at least a bottle of water and couple of glasses to drink from. This was the only one that did not even have empty glasses. Had to go borrow it from the restaurant. The restaurant itself is not run by the same people who manage the property and they were very hesitant to give us two empty glasses for drinking water from.

The place was fantastic amazing pool a d great restaurant on site. Very clean staff super friendly and helpful. Faboulous breakfast.

Nothing

The staff were very personal. Made sure they kept in touch about our arrival and even though it was very late they waited for us and kept the bar open so we could get a drink. The breakfast was stunning and made to order. We were lucky enough to stay out of season and had the whole pool to ourselves!

Loved this family friendly resort. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was amazing! Pool superb. Other guests were super friendly also. Some of them come back every year. We came end of season so it was a bit quieter but still lots to do.

The terrace of the suite which doesn't really correspond to the photos (no trees but a wall). The window doors of the rooms and the bathroom that don't provide the expected intimacy and the suite is noisy given the proximity of the restaurant kitchen. The food choice at the bar for the lunch is very limited. The child "bedroom" of the suite is small and dark (compared to the lighty photos).
