Green Paradise Resort

Nice pool. Breakfast was reasonable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Despite what was on the booking confirmation neither lunch nor supper were available in the hotel restaurant and there are no restaurants within walking distance Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. We visited 2nd week in September and they were clearly about to close for the winter.

I had an absolute wonderful time here the staff are amazing . Adriano especially looked after us so well at the pool bar And was helping me with my Italian also gave me tobacco when I had ran out and wanted to wait to go to town later. he made lovely drinks too. the pool is massive and clean . we stayed in a junior sweet it was so private like little Villas the shower was gorgeous. We had a mini fridge the cleaners we're great everyday lovely fresh room . towels and made bed . the breakfast was nice fresh fruit of all types eggs toast and and array of cakes home made by a lovely woman In the kitchen . there is a bus to the beach every hour and back . they offer massages too .in the hotel . which I didnt avail of . they had a taxi man who picked.us up every day .

I didn't like the ants don't leave food out but thats something u shud know haha the location without a car or scooter . Otranto centre was too far too walk for me so got taxis which cost us 15 each way but was told b4 coming to puglia u need a car to get round .

The pool is fantastic. Love that they have blow up toys for the kids. Would be even better if they had more toys/floats for the kids. Breakfast is really lovely!!! The staff is really nice and helpful. It has a really great location.

The beds, linens, and bed spread. The menu at the pool menu is not good.

The best asset is the big pool. It’s good enough for children to play while parents lie down watching or do some swimming. The pool itself is very clean, and 'animation' is good

The bungalows are kind of pre-fabricated houses with some deco and comfort elements inside, but you get the feeling you are living in camping bungalow accommodation because of the cracking noise and bouncing floor when you walk. It does not feel like you are in 4-star accommodation. This was the most expensive accommodation we stayed in and the worst quality, with a difference. They allow adults to smoke around the pool which is not ideal as children are playing around the sunbeds. Food at the swimming pool bar is terrible. You will pay €15 for a dry, thin-like-paper frozen snitchchel. The kid's Play area is rusty and old and the worst is, is in the swimming pool area so you cant just leave them there and relax in the bar having a drink. One evening, coming back from Otranto, we asked to have a drink in the hotel bar/resto terrace but the waiter told us we could but we would have to wait as he was on his own serving all tables. There is no such a thing like a drinks bar in the evening. They are understaffed. It's a pity as the place has potential but is losing standards and is badly maintained

Stayed as beachfront, which it wasn’t but they did have bus to take you to beach which for some reason didn’t run on Sundays!
