Elegant, close to everything, clean and over nice

I’d say the pool is not in the sun and the villas are very close together

For me, really the best place I had the opportunity to be in Bali. Intimate atmosphere, "invisible" service at the highest level and really well-equipped villas with private pool - plus beautifully arranged! In addition - a brilliant restaurant at the property - I had one of the best dinners here during my entire stay in Bali, made, among other things, from vegetables that the restaurant plants itself and that we can look at while eating our meal. I also felt very taken care of by the facility's staff, who, at my slightest question, checked all the information I needed about Ubud and came up with their own initiative to help. Nevertheless - they was non-intrusive and allowed me to enjoy my privacy. Brilliant place. The next time I go back to Ubud, it will definitely be here!

I booked directly at official website, where they offer activity-inclusive packages. The booking staff are able to accommodate my request choosing activities from different packages. I have booked also the hotel transfer service to and from airport, and it’s also included if you join activities mentioned above. All drivers are very professional. Navigating Bali and Ubud narrow roads with motorcycles getting in the way, drivers drive with extreme patience and the car is so steady each time I can fall asleep! The villa is immaculate, clean, decently sized, with a kitchenette that allows to cook your instant noodles. It’s a happy surprise that they place a 2-in-1 grinder and espresso machine with a milk jug! I can make my own latte (art) every day (milk is included). If your stay includes meals you can choose to be served at the villa, or have it in the restaurant. Food is very pretty and ig-able to show off to your friends! All staff are very helpful and services are swift and suitable. At one time, I returned to villa and found snacks in the cupboard was thrown and opened on the floor — yes monkey may come to your villa finding for food — staff were very helpful and swift to send staff to clean up and chased off the monkey. They didn’t forget to ask me to go upstairs first to make sure I’m safe. Overall, my stay is very pleasant, and its value for money!

Fantastic five night stay here in a huge villa that was perfect for us and our three grown up children. The villa was luxurious, with large comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The espresso machine is a great touch for when you’re recovering from jet lag in the early mornings. It’s a great location in the heat of Ubud, right next to the monkey forest, so some of the neighbours do make an appearance, which is charming. The staff were great at recommending companies for activities, booking taxis and restaurants so we didn’t have to lift a finger. Everyone is so friendly and focus on making your stay great. The staff in Embers are lovely, and breakfasts are superb, whether brought to your room or taken in the restaurant. The coffee is amazing. We would love to return!

It was disappointing most of the activities were for during the week given our stay was over the weekend.

I highly recommend this property. Fabulous location, amazing food! As much as the villas were gorgeous , a special mention to their kindness and understanding, we had to cut short our trip suddenly due to a death in the family and the staff and management were outstanding not only did they help us get organized in the middle of the night to leave early morning but also compensated us for unused nights! I am truly impressed with their level of service! I'm looking forward to being back there !
