The location. One side sea and other side river, nothing can beat that. Also the service was fantastic, everyone was so happy to help.

Food, facilities, location very good. Very calm and quite place, best thing is no mobile connection range. Can only listen to nature music.

Breakfast can be with more varieties and basically local konkan food would be better. Small points like a common place for shower after returning from sea bath a must

Location of the property is absolutely gorgeous, on one side there is beach and a river on the other side. The owner and staff are all very friendly and overall we had an amazing stay at this place.
