Enjoyed their hospitality.

Repetitive set menu at the breakfast. They could be innovative with other type of culinary spread.

We liked the atmosphere and the facilities as well as the cuisine. The staff was very helpful, and we had the additional pleasure of interacting with the owners, daughter in law who was a very pleasant and engaging young lady

the lack of a liquor license is a mjor impediment for any hotel in these areas.

I cannot say enough good things about Atha Resort. It was a truly exceptional stay! From the extremely comfortable beds to the superbly attentive staff it was all top notch. This was my first trip to Sri Lanka and I decided on a "jungle" adventure vs. a beach getaway. This hotel is about a 3 hour drive from the airport and figuring out the transportation would have been daunting, however, Atha Resort took care of everything for me. I just messaged them me needs, and they handled arranging (through RINTS Travel) a car for transport to and from the airport (including a stop at the Dambulla Cave Temple), a tuk tuk to Sigiriya Rock and then an Elephant Jeep Safari. My husband and I were able to relax and it ended up a stress free trip. The restaurant and servers were impeccable, and they took the time to explain the local food to us. All of which was delicious! Staying at Atha Resort was a tranquil stop in paradise.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Wir hatten die Junior Suite mit privaten Pool. Die Ausstattung war echt super. Das Frühstück war echt toll und von allen war etwas dabei.

Es gab an zwei Tagen immer wieder Stromausfall. Der Fußboden im Zimmer war etwas glatt, so dass man aufpassen musste, dass man nicht ausrutscht.
