La tranquillité, l’authenticité, l’accès à une plage magnifique et désertique, la sensation d’être seuls au monde ! Gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel. Bungalows spacieux et très confortables. Cela aurait mérité d’y passer une 3e nuit!

Emplacement un peu excentré

Ein paar sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Hütten mitten im Paradies. Ruhe, Weite, keine Menschen. Nur ein Streifenhörnchen und ein Chamäleon. :) Cocoville war auf unserer 3-wöchigen Sri Lanka Reise die schönste Unterkunft. Genau so stellt man sich den Urlaub doch vor… Mit einer Kokosnuss auf der Terrasse vor dem eigenen Strandhäuschen sitzen… das Meer und die lustigen Tierchen beobachten. :) Dazu super freundliche, nicht aufdringliche Angestellte, die gutes Essen servieren und versuchen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Es fehlte nur noch eine Hängematte und ein paar Liegen direkt vorne am Strand. :)

Le calme et le fait d’être directement sur la plage. Seuls dans la baie avec les pêcheurs le matin. Une belle salle de bains. La nourriture

Accueil moins chaleureux qu’ailleurs, peut être plus discret.

We enjoyed the peace and quiet. The villa was cozy and comfortable. The beach is a two-minute walk away and is beautiful. In the morning, we watched fishermen haul in their nets filled with fish. It's much quieter and more authentic than Pasikudah Beach. The food is varied and delicious.

Nothing really.

If you like it very very very quiet and lonely this is the place to be. At the moment there are only 3 bungalows and a small restaurant. in the 5 days we stayed we were the only guests. a big thank you to the hotel manager and taff. The beach is a working beach therefore you can watch the fishermen brining in their nets.

A large herd of cows have claimed the beach so you can imagine how much pancakes are left on the beach.

We stayed in the cabin which was massive and extremely comfortable. Great bed, fridge, shower was ok too. Lovely balcony. The remoteness suited us. Probably better if u have transport as you are a bit isolated but food and drink are available. The rustic beach has poop on it from the cows and goats that pass but it didn’t offend us, we liked watching them. Great to watch the fishermen too. We loved it.

Wish they’d clean the litter up on the beach when they’ve got down time. If everyone made a bit more effort all over Sri Lanka it would be good.

Very well equipped bungalow with direct sea view. A big, beautiful garden directly located at the beach. Some very friendly and cute dogs are around which are just trying to be your friend and taking care of your safety. Even we had not the perfect weather we enjoyed the day and relaxed on the big terrace. The beach and sea directly in front of you you have to share just with some cows in the evening, nice for having a refreshing swim. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would come back for sure 👍

No immediate room service, You need to order in advance. But many restaurants are very nearby
