The property can be reached by speedboat or seaplane. Standard transfer times for seaplanes: Same-day transfer for international flight arrival before 15:15 and departure for flights after 09:30. 1. Shared Speedboat Transfers from 27/10/2025 to 31/12/2026 – Round-trip: - Adult (12 years and above): USD 240 per person - Child (2–11 years): USD 120 per child 2. Shared Seaplane Transfers from 27/10/2025 to 31/12/2026 – Round-trip: - Adult (12 years and above): USD 435 per person - Child (2–11 years): USD 261 per child Please share your flight details with the property at least 3 days before your arrival to secure your seats for the transfer. Children under 2 years old eat for free based on the rules and meal plan for their adult company, excluding alcoholic beverages. Please note that a Green Tax of USD 6 per child, per night is applicable additionally. This tax is already calculated and included in the booking price for adults. Please present the same credit card used when booking during check-in. Please note that the property may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. In case of any refund, the amount will be refunded after deducting bank charges. Due to safety and privacy concerns, the operation of unmanned aerial systems or drones by any of the guests, including model aircraft by recreational users and hobbyists, is prohibited. Die Freundlichkeit und Service der Mitarbeiter war hervorragend. Es war alles perfekt. Die Küche war super und die Köche waren sehr talentiert. Sehr kulinarische Gerichte und Qualität.

Die Toilettenspülung und Kaffeemaschine waren an unserem ersten Tag kaputt, die jedoch umgewechselt wurden. Nach einem Regenwetter hatte es im Innenbereich von der Decke stark getröpfelt, was nach zwei Mal kontaktieren an der Rezeption repariert wurde. Leider sind uns die Kokosnüsse abgegangen, die es sonst in den anderen Inseln immer gegeben hat und hier aber nicht. Am Abreisetag fehlte uns der Abschied vom Personal, was für uns von den anderen Resorts her normal war.

Esperienza fantastica per tutto. Personale super cordiale sia i camerieri in particolare Alì, sia all’accoglienza ed all’interno di tutto il resort, attenti a tutto. Tutto super pulito, stanza eccezionale curata nei minimi dettagli. Consiglio a tutti!!!

Personale super cordiale e attento a ogni nostra possibile esigenza Cibo molto vario e di qualità Water villa spettacolare

Non è il posto adatto se cercate divertimento perché le attività sono limitate ma ho visto che stanno cercando di ampliare la scelta L'unica piccolissima pecca è che durante i pasti il servizio bevande non era velocissimo e quindi capitava spesso di aver quasi finito di mangiare e non aver ancora ricevuto da bere
