The property can be reached by speedboat or seaplane. Standard transfer times for seaplanes: Same-day transfer for international flight arrival before 15:15 and departure for flights after 09:30. 1. Shared Speedboat Transfers from 27/10/2025 to 31/12/2026 – Round-trip: - Adult (12 years and above): USD 240 per person - Child (2–11 years): USD 120 per child 2. Shared Seaplane Transfers from 27/10/2025 to 31/12/2026 – Round-trip: - Adult (12 years and above): USD 435 per person - Child (2–11 years): USD 261 per child Please share your flight details with the property at least 3 days before your arrival to secure your seats for the transfer. Children under 2 years old eat for free based on the rules and meal plan for their adult company, excluding alcoholic beverages. Please note that a Green Tax of USD 6 per child, per night is applicable additionally. This tax is already calculated and included in the booking price for adults. Please present the same credit card used when booking during check-in. Please note that the property may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. In case of any refund, the amount will be refunded after deducting bank charges. Due to safety and privacy concerns, the operation of unmanned aerial systems or drones by any of the guests, including model aircraft by recreational users and hobbyists, is prohibited. Amazing and good value for money

No clear information about boat as up to three or four night return should be free no body show us this should be done through booking only so never extend through hotel if came from booking or any third party and extend from hotel if you book through hotel website

L'isola è il resort sono di una tranquillità assoluta. I pasti vari, abbondanti e sempre riassortiti e riforniti. Il personale cortese e disponibile. Il bungalow sulla spiagga è quello che sognavo. Lo avrei cambiato con una villa overwater per nessuna ragione.

L'attenzione del personale di pulizia delle camere che spesso dimenticava di sostituire i prodotti consumati. L'impossibilità di avere informazioni sugli orari di partenza fino alle 18 del giorno precedente, rendendo impossibile la sceltra tra speed boat e idrovolante

Everything was amazing, From the pick up at the airport to the drop off Food was good, large choice of food, good quality and quantity The bar was fun The pool clean The beaches very clean and taking care of The room and the service in all inclusive was more than enough Special shout out to the personal, everyone was so kind and smiling it was really the greatest experience
