Port Dickson Private Unit Chalet

I liked the design of the whole chalet property as it gives a relaxing environment. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were hard and high. The view was nice - overlooking the other chalets and a bit of the sea. The sunset was beautiful.

We were given an office location to collect the key but when we went there, the office was closed. The owner had whatsapp the message to me (which I had no wifi) on the afternoon of my check in. He should have told us 1 day earlier before arrival so that we can drive directly to the chalet instead of to his office! Some precious time wasted. We drove to the chalet as per the whatsapp message (from another phone which we asked Owner to forward to). When we arrived at the chalet, we had problem to get the key as the instruction on the whatsapp message was not clear. At least 30 mins was wasted in the check-in process as we had to call the owner 3x on how to get the key. The room was ok only. There was no toilet paper or tissue paper at all! 2 big half-used shampoo/body foam were provided in the shower area which we dare not use. The shower area looks dirty with mould on the grouting - the toilet badly needed much scubbing. The cabinets had left over items/rubbish which were not cleared from the previous guest. The small balcony had brooms and brushes which were unsightly. Cleanliness is an issue.
