Early self check in. Nice view. Peaceful, safe and good environment.

They asked RM 150 deposit by bank transfering, and they have not return back after check out 3 days. ( almost others hotels will take RM 100 by cash and return when check out . But I can understand because this is self check in. This private chalet in Lexis hotels group, but not belongs to hotels services. They are a owner of 1 chalet and lets for rent without any buggy service, can not go to swimming pool, no breakfast,... I can understand because cheaper price, but if add breakfast and another services I think that is same same. No wifi, no telephone in case got emergency call. This is a private chalet, out of Lexis hotel services. Feeling lonely. And I check in 20 Apr to now 23 Apr 2024, they not have refund my 150 rm deposit. They blamed the cracked bathtub from daughters . But this cracked has been there for a long time. I had a bad worst experience and would never use a service like this, and would be more careful with deposit transfer or sefl check in. Never come back and not recommend to anyone. I would like to request booking .com to resolve this complaint for me. Thanks.
