proactive owner.. though he was not at the property but was trying to coordinate everything from a distance through messages and the morning views of fishtail mountain .. mesmerizing

Amazing view, nice family really good thali. Memorable experience and would absolutely stay again.

Only thing that could have been improved is the bed with a mattress topper

Vom Check in bis check Out haben wir jede Minute sehr genossen. Sehr freundlich wurden wir von Mingma empfangen. Wir bekamen das Zimmer 505, Annapurna -1 Die Aussicht auf die Berge aus dem Bett war gewaltig. Das Zimmer war groß genug, Rucksäcke könnten gut verstaut werden. Dusche war auch ok. Von einer kleinen Sitzecke könne man die Aussicht genießen. Nachts war es sehr ruhig und man konnte gut schlafen. Morgens wurde von Mingma ein leckeres Frühstück serviert, bei einer grandiosen Aussicht. Abends konne man a la card bestellen. Z.B. Dalbath, gebr. Reis, Momos, verschiedene Suppen..Sehr gut war die Suppe Veg. Then duk, Sherpa food. Mingma, Pasan und Nourou, der Sohn waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben sich mit einer Liebe um uns gekümmert, das werden wir nie vergessen. Das allerbeste ist die Aussicht auf die Berge, Annapurna, Fishtail..usw. Grandios und unvergesslich. Es gibt genug Wanderweg rund um das Resort. In der Nähe gibt es auch einen kleinen Laden für das Notwendigste. Busverkehr ist auch möglich. Abends hatte wir einen spektakulären Sonnenuntergang. Auch Papu, der niedliche Hund hat uns viel Spaß bereitet. Man kann dieses Resort uneingeschränkt empfehlen und wir haben vor, es wieder zu buchen. Liebe Familie... nochmals allerbesten Dank für die schöne unvergesslich Zeit bei uns mit Euch.

It is a nice place run by a lovely couple. Location is amazing. You can enjoy the views from the restaurant as well as from the rooms. There are few tracks accessible from the hotel and the owners do all possible to make your stay enjoyable. We were traveling with a 4 y.o. And he has loved the place as well!

位于山上非常宁静的地方，房间有大窗户可以直接看到雪山，非常静谧非常美。工作人员非常友好非常细腻，我是生日当天入住的，小姐姐帮我准备的蛋糕在晚饭的时候端出来和大家一起帮我庆祝，非常感动都快哭了，真的非常非常感谢这个惊喜

燃气热水器有很大的风险，我在洗澡洗到一半的时候热水突然停了，紧接着是大量的燃气泄漏，味道越来越浓，而我洗澡只洗到一半，没办法马上出去，所以还是花了两分钟冲洗干净才出去，然而吸入的燃气已经让我有轻微的头痛，我也非常恐惧。 所以我换好衣服后去告诉了工作人员，她们去检查了以后说是因为燃气用光了需要更换燃气罐，然后就告诉我没事了，但是我再进入房间的时候燃气的味道还是非常重，他们也没有主动说帮我换一件房，后来我主动提出想换一件房才给我换到了另外一间。我知道工作人员已经很友好了，但是在当下一个人的我还是觉得有点恐惧，伴随着轻微的头晕。燃气这个问题和安全相关，非常非常重要，希望工作人员能多检查燃气管道和余量，以免这样的事情再次发生。 晚饭的时候我点了tuna spaghetti，但是有点太腥了，我吃了两口实在没有办法再继续吃下去，就去睡觉了。

We booked ES Deurali for two nights. The panoramic view from the room was incredible, with multiple peaks including Annapurna South, Machapuchare (Fishtail), and Dhaulagiri visible right from the room. The food was delicious, and everything was very well thought out. There were so many Himalayan birds around, along with easy walking trails to explore. It is just 40 minutes from Pokhara, making it very easy to access while still being incredibly rewarding for the views. We would definitely recommend this resort to everyone looking for a quiet time in the Himalayas without having to trek.

if you going nepal pokahara and wanna stay away from crowd and want peace in nature with beautiful view don’t miss that hotel.

I love most was how helpful they were. They gave us great advice on how to get around and recommend some amazing local spot to visit. They made my trip much smoother and more enjoyable.

Location is stunning - lovely ride there and surrounding farmland - and a beautiful setup- gardens, seating areas, lovely cafe top seating area. Just gorgeous.

For a place with such high reviews, your young staff could not seem to be bothered to do anything. We were three of only five people staying there but early evening the staff was just on his phone and could not seem to be bothered to take our order. Nor did they inform us about breakfast. If we had not gone at 8pm for food, the other 2 people told us that they had shut the place up the night before at 8.30pm - they need a sign saying the meal times if they do not want to serve early and late! Didi was lovely, but it's the young lad that annoyed our group. Better communication needed for what should be a really great place! Sliding doors on 2 of the rooms did not shut properly. Noone showed us how to use the shower which was a bit tricky to operate. The path on the way up was exceedingly steep for our motorbikes which could have been explained on the listing.
