Club ES earned my exceptional rating during my 6-day Nepal tour, standing out as the best place I stayed. Nestled in the remote village of Kaskikot, a one hour drive from the bustling Pokhara city (They also provide Pickup & Drop Service), this small resort, managed by the only Sherpa family in the area, provided an unforgettable one-night and two-day experience. The owner, a seasoned mountain guide who has summited Everest and Annapurna I, adds a unique touch. While our expectations for facilities were modest, we were pleasantly surprised to find almost all essentials, including hot showers, an electric kettle, soap, room heater, and complimentary tea and coffee. The cozy rooms, situated in Tibetan-style huts, offer a breathtaking panoramic view of the Himalayas. Having trekked in the region before, I can vouch for the uniqueness of this vista. What sets Club ES apart is its authenticity; the family operates the resort entirely by themselves, creating a homely atmosphere. The absence of outside staff enhances the genuine experience. Even their pet dog, Pappu, contributes to the welcoming ambiance. The fresh, garden-sourced vegetarian meals surpassed our expectations. While there's no TV in the rooms & trust me you don't need a TV, well-built hiking routes from the resort provide great options for early-morning hikes.

It would be beneficial for the resort to provide a means for guests to contact staff in case of emergencies directly from their rooms. We noticed the absence of telephones or contact numbers within the room, and considering the remote location, it's advisable for the resort to establish a reliable communication method for guests, particularly during nighttime.

What an amazing place! Where do I even start? The location! The resort has a unique position on a little hill which means totally breathtaking unobstracted views of the Himalayas all for its guests! And you dont even have to go to the terrace you have these views directly from your room (the. bed!) Truly a dream! It is surrounded by a well kept garden.. flowers everywhere... I have had my sleep here no barking dogs, no passing cars... The food is wonderful as well, everybody is very friendly and helpful, you feel instantly at home and are very sad to leave. There are many beautiful walks all around. All in all a very special place where I hope to return one day.

The bathroom could do with a bit of makeover. New hot water boiler would be great but overall great experience

There are number of reasons why I gave exceptional rating to club ES. In my 10 days Nepal tour it was the best place in which i stayed.The two days were unforgettable. The resort is situated in a remote village Kaskikot- around 45 min drive from main pokhara city .it's a small resort run by a the only Sherpa family in that area. The owner of this resort himself has sumitted Everest and Annapurna I as mountain guide. Our expectations were not very high about facilities. But it was very surprising for us that they had almost all required facilities like hot shower, electric kettle, soap,room heater, toothbrush,complimentary tea coffee available. The room was cozy. The location is simply breathtaking.. I have previous trekking experience in Himalaya and I can assure that the panoramic view from.this resort is really unique. The tibetan style huts and dining area is so so unique. Most importantly as the family operates the resort all by themselves- no outside staffs, you'll feel like home here. Everything here is so authentic.. Nothing fake. They have a pet dog named Pappu,which is also very friendly. Food- specially veg meals were so fresh from the garden. Even though there is no TV at room, My 6 years old kid thoroughly enjoyed the place.There are well built hiking routes from the resort- great for early.morning hikes But pls note that if you are looking for luxury-like jakuzzi and swimming pool- staffs hanging a fake smile all the time- sorry Club ES is not for.you.

There should be some way to contact with the resort staffs in case of emergency from room. we couldn’t find any telephones or any contact numbers in room. As the area is quite remote, I would suggest them to ensure a way so.that guests can contact with them anytime- specially at night.

Un dream location. Mindblowing, spectacular views on Himalayas from room & rooftop restaurant. Peaceful and quiet atmosphere. In the evening, we shared tea & stories around a camp fire with the super friendly and kind Sherpa Family. We loved learning with them about the climbing of the world's tallest mountains. Also great location for walking around and exploring villages. Our most memorable stay in Nepal which made the whole trip worthwile.
