A damage deposit of ₱ 3,000 per night per room is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Swimming pool, location, staff

Toilet not well clean, need some renovations, rooms are old. This is not our first time we stay at Henann Resort Alona Beach, we were disappointed the fact that we asked the check out staff if we could use the swimming pool for 2 hours not the room because our flight was only at 6:20 pm, the staff told us we have to pay 700 pesos each to use the pool, as a return guest I was really disappointed that they ask us to pay for 2 hours 1400 pesos total for the 2 of us to use the swimming pool.
