The breakfast was fine but not superb.

What truly stood out during our stay was the staff. Every single person we encountered was incredibly warm, always greeting us with a smile and going out of their way to be helpful. Their kindness and attentiveness made a big difference in our overall experience. We also really appreciated how clean and well-maintained the resort was throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, making it easy to find something different and enjoyable each morning. Another highlight was the convenience within the resort itself. There were two restaurants on the property, which made it easy to choose where to eat when we didn’t feel like going out. We also enjoyed the option to have massage sessions through room service. It was a lovely touch and made the whole experience even more relaxing.

There wasn’t much to complain about, but one small inconvenience was the distance to the hotel entrance. Whenever we wanted to go out into town, we had to walk a bit to reach it, which could be slightly annoying at times. That said, it was a minor issue compared to how positive everything else was.

The breakfast was exceptional on many levels! The property was located on the best section of Alona Beach! Without question the staff was the most valuable and featured asset at Henann Resort!

Everything I experienced met or exceeded all my expectations!

Everything was great, starting from the room, the facilities, the staff and the food. Highly recommended.
